Job Role: Commercial Support Executive
Location: Stoke on Trent
Hours: Part time – 2 days per week
Your role: You will join a team of highly motivated and hardworking individuals based from our Stoke on Trent office. You will manage client requests, including responding to queries in a timely manner, generating quotes and scheduling time with designers and developers.
Day to day you will:
- To provide full administrative support to all commercial teams
- To be competent using I.T to allow you to complete tasks using our in house software systems.
- Adhere to deadlines when completing bookings and loading correct commercial audio for broadcast.
- Work within the support team to ensure all jobs are completed to deadlines.
What we’re looking for from you:
It goes without saying that you have worked in challenging and fast paced environments. We are looking for an extremely organised individual who is self-motivated with the ability to use initiative. It is imperative for this position that you are someone who is team player and if you have an interest in the Radio and marketing industry this will be advantageous.
- Proficient in using Microsoft programs
- Excellent client facing and customer service skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational, administration and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within prescribed timescales
