Dublin’s Q102 and FM104 are recruiting a full time receptionist to work in their busy studio.

Responsibilities will include;

  • Greet and welcome guests into the reception area
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming calls, directing calls and queries to the relevant departments
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail / deliveries
  • General administration and house keeping

The successful candidate will have a good telephone manner and a friendly demeanour with a bubbly and charismatic personality. You will be a confident individual with a can-do attitude and able to use your own initiative.
