Wireless local radio is committed to be at the forefront of delivering exceptional local radio and marketing solutions to our listeners and customers and we are investing in strengthening our group management team in the key area of creative solutions.

As the Head of Creative Solutions, you will lead the group’s creative development across our local stations, responsible for developing revenue growth across production services, digital, branded content solutions and fully integrating these departments into a campaign led sales approach at station level. You will take an active role in developing new revenue opportunities within the division that will extend our reach and impact our station brands.

You will ultimately be responsible for developing, communicating and delivering the over-arching creative solutions strategy across Wireless Local Radio, where you will be working closely with your portfolio owner, station directors, heads of sales, content departments, and on the ground with the creative solutions teams themselves to maximise and grow revenue.

You will be managing a small team so previous management experience is essential, ideally gained within a media environment. You will have experience of defining and implementing strategic approaches to sales with strong problem solving, analytical, communication and presentation skills.
