An exciting opportunity has become available to work for our local radio division based in Stoke on Trent as a Business Development Manager.
Working with Key stakeholders across Wireless Group’s Local Radio portfolio, the Business Development Manager will take the lead in identifying, planning and directly impacting non-traditional revenues across the business. This may be at a central level or directly working with station commercial teams to implement
From the development of new off air / online events, to accelerating concert promotion revenue, working with existing affiliate partners to identify new opportunities, the successful candidate will use their commercial acumen to unlock potential revenue streams and proactively champion commercial ideas.
- Previous commercial sales and events experience
- A strong understanding of traditional, digital and social media
- A creative thinker and entrepreneurial approach, with exceptional communication skills
- Experience of building partnerships with closely aligned third parties
- Full clean driving license
