Wireless Group is now a part of News UK. Our Radio GB division operates four national radio stations; including talkRADIO and talkSPORT the world's biggest sports radio station, and Virgin Radio. It also operates 12 independent local radio (ILR) stations in England and Wales, and a number of digital radio multiplexes throughout GB.
Wireless Group is looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking Breakfast Editor to oversee the editorial direction of weekday and weekend breakfast on talkSPORT. Working with talent and production - this role is designed to ensure that the station’s breakfast shows secure news worthy and agenda setting guests reflect the eclectic nature of our sports coverage and build audiences.
You will be required to work Sunday to oversee the planning and guest booking for Monday breakfast show.

- Experience as a Radio Editor
- Be able to work calmly effectively under pressure, react quickly, and meet tight deadlines
- Proven track record in working with a range of broadcasters
- Managing a show budget
- Talent management and the ability to mentor and develop talent with the production team
