How do we contribute?

The HR Operations Team is responsible for the delivery of first line customer service and HR administration.

We ensure that compliance is at the centre of all our activities.

We implement our systems and processes to ensure the best customer experience. We strive to be efficient and effective while capturing and managing HR data.

What is my personal contribution?

  • The HR Administrator takes responsibility for the overall customer experience
  • Providing advice and assistance to our customers
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Ensuring that all employee contracts are issued in a timely, consistent manner and employment screening is completed to a satisfactory level within probation
  • Supporting the implementation of policy changes
  • Supporting compliance with our immigration obligations through maintaining and implementing a schedule of activities and records
  • Ensuring processes and procedures are followed
  • Input into continuous improvement of all HR processes

What are my accountabilities?

General Duties

  • Providing input into continuous improvement of all HR processes and protocols ensuring that established processes are followed
  • Ensuring Service Level Agreements are met where they exist
  • Identifying and escalating complex issues as applicable
  • Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
  • Provide advice and assistance to our customers
  • Letter production and other administration tasks
  • Assisting with collating data required for audit testing and that requested by the wider HR team
  • Ensuring employee details are accurately recorded on SAP

Record Keeping

  • Maintain all HR records on SAP, with proactive correction / update when errors are identified
  • Maintain all records and trackers of all employee changes and correspondence issued to employees and documents returned
  • Ensure all records kept adhere to our requirements to comply with Data Protection and proactively escalating issues if they arise
  • Ensuring all processes completed have the correct buddy checking completed and the relevant documents are completed for the audit trail

Stakeholder Management

  • Building and managing relationships with key stakeholders

Processes

  • Input into continuous improvement of all HR processes and protocol
  • Ensuring that established processes are followed
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements are met where they exist
  • Ensuring any conflicts against our standard policies are appropriately escalated
